The Association of Caribbean and Latin American Missionary Educators (ACLAME) invites you to participate in the ACLAME Summit 2020 that will be held on April 23-25, 2020 in Guatemala City, Guatemala. The theme for this Summit is Rooted and Built Up.

- Early registration is $99 per person until February 1st, 2020. Regular registration is $149 thereafter.
- The Summit will open a 4:00 PM on April 23rd for registration. Activities begin at 6:00 PM.
- A closing activity will begin in the early afternoon on April 25th and extend into the evening.
- Area Director approval is required.

The Grand Tikal Futura Hotel, is located in one of the most commercial and industrial development areas of Guatemala City. The hotel is part of a complex that includes a shopping center with more than 170 service stores, restaurants and others.
For the Summit, the Grand Tikal Futura has extended special group pricing of $85.00 (plus 22% tax) for single occupancy and $95.00 (plus 22% tax) for double occupancy. This rate applies to a limited room block, held until March 15, 2020 or until gone.

Transportation
The Grand Tikal Futura Hotel offers airport pick up and drop off at a cost of $10 per person each way. Airport shuttle service must be arranged in advance with the hotel. Taxis and Ubers are readily available at the airport.
